Will there be any type or form of forge in Destiny? please hoping

So far, nothing has been confirmed for a forge-style feature.

I would absolutely rate destiny as the #1 game in the world if there were any sort of custom games with customizable maps it is a dream of mine and I believe a worth while investment (but hopefully there will be those who put forth effort into having a community of custom gamers)
