I have bad internet do to the fact I live in a rural area I have satellite internet so I do have a connection the question here isn't if multiplayer will work I know it won't but the question is will my internet connection be good enough for single player to work ? Does it have to pull stuff from online constantly ? Will it lag? I really would like some help before I buy it thx!

It depends i have satellite internet my ping is fairly high so pvp is a bit hard but still manageable, i am able to play the campaign and do missions but i cannot catch pvp matches without being in a fireteam, what sucks the most is that you will be alone throughout the whole game unless you are in someones fireteam to piggy back on their connection to catch a game and or a mission with other people, dont forget if youre a consle user open up your nat it helps a lot if you have any more questions you're welcome to message me via game or reply :)

I would like to know this as well. However, I doubt anyone will answer you. They want you to buy a copy and then figure out it doesn't work, so they can still count it as a sale. #rurallife

There is hope. I also have satellite internet and struggle with lagg playing games like halo 4. recently, I gave the destiny beta a try and was quickly shocked to see that it does not lagg at all! I don't know how this large multiplayer game can beat the lagg that I receive from sat internet, but it does. (In both campaign with two others and the vs mode) now this is a beta and maybe because of more content the full game will lagg(doubt it though).
