How long have you been hanging onto your preorder?
As bad as this may sound to some; I preordered it the moment I was able to, before they even priced it :P
Edit: Realised how bad that sounded, changed it to sound more positive

I wanna say November? It hasn't been too long. I wasn't even paying much attention to this game after like E3 and what not. Then I was showing a buddy all the games that are coming out this year in 2014 and he was like dude Destiny looks like the coolest, and I was like hmmm I should see what else they're planning for the game. Easily reached my most anticipated game to come out. The division is up there, along with Second Sons. In the meantime I'll play thief next month:)

I pre-ordered my copy back in October, it really was the Beta code that made me put my order in. I'm really looking forward to this game.

Since Game Sweden in Linköping accepted pre-orders which began in mid-November.

Reading through EB Games preordered list saw destiny(this is June) read about it watched vids HAD to get it that day!

The day destiny was officially announced. The game stop guys didn't even know what I was talking about.

I still have yet to preorder. I have not yet seen any defining thing that makes me 'excited' for this game. I realize that I am not the target audience for it either, but until there is more actual gameplay shown, I am wary of what this game actually holds. 'Art' - I don't care. 8 bit games were fun and challenging. 'It'Bungie' - So was Reach.... I was not a fan of it. 'The demo videos' - That's the problem. They don't show much of anything, and what they do has been shown again and again from different angles.
