Mission Statement

[b]The Kintsugi Collective[/b] is a small Tower faction that finds meaning in the ancient, Golden Age art of kintsugi, or the art of embracing damage. After seeing the alternate paths the Tower’s factions have taken, the Collective tasks itself with reassembling all of humanity under one banner, hoping to heal the broken alliances into a more beautiful collective whole. With little patience in Dead Orbit’s theologies and the War Cult’s secrets, the Collective has tentative alliances with the New Monarchy—but tensions run high. While the Monarchy desires to select a single leader, the Collective believes that it is only equality and unity amongst all the Tower’s factions that can lead the Last City to victory over the encroaching Darkness. The Collective hopes that healing these uneasy relationships will create a stronger, single faction that will protect all of humanity and triumphantly lead us to our coming collective destiny.
