When will Sony grant access?

For those of us that have bought digital editions for PS4, we should be able to pre-load the game. There's much talk that once the clock hits midnight Somewhere, you'll be able to log in. The large question, for me, is when will Sony let us through. I'd be happy with Midnight over 3am (as an East Coaster). But if it's Midnight GMT, servers should be active pretty damn early for us. It looks like Bungie's main restrictions are on retailers. But if you can manage to get a copy before midnight in your timezone, you could be playing.
