Hi!
So - I'm going to own up here, I see posts and threads about towers, and raiding parties etc. And I've no idea what's going on! :)
I've played online before on call of duty, and this game looks amazing! I've had a quick blast but so far I'm on the very first level still! Can someone summarise to an idiot like me, what's what I'm destiny? I'm hoping to get back on tomorrow night when I return from Aberdeen

Welcome! Once you've managed the intro mission and wandered the tower, its basically mission based. Happy to get on with you, but I'd recommend a) play in a fireteam (group of upto 3) its way more fun than solo b) team with players of a similar level, not people way highet. No fun running missions that are too easy because of overpowered team mates. Use a mic and earphones. The basic one that comes with the ps4 is workingfine for me, and just ask! If you've friended DoD members then your encounters will be pleasant. Ill let you know when I work out more!

2 Replieshey mate, i am new to the ps4 and console gaming as i normally play on pc, i am a total destiny noob so never got to play in the beta and like you don't know whats what. i am suffering as well with trying to play with a small controller with big hands, i am just farting around at the moment trying to learn how to play. when things get a bit better i will team up with whoever don't mind playing with a noob, i have a set of cheepo headphones with a mic. cheers mate
