error code

Hey guys not sure if this is the app or windows but I'm getting the error code 80073cf9 and I don't know what to do and its on my phone And I ain't getting answer on the windows help forums so I thought to ask here I love the app I'm just gutted I can't use it now I've uninstalled it and when I tried reinstall the code error comes up
