Looking to raid on 2nd character!

I'm a bit new to raiding but looking to do VOG hard and Crota norm sometime this weekend. I'm going to use a lvl 31 hunter (and have ghorn and icebreaker). On my other character (lvl 31 warlock) I've gone through VOG hard and crota already this week. I don't have all the mechanics down to a cue but I have a general sense of what to do and would take on other methods you guys think is best.
