New to Raids

Never done/completed a raid. Currently rocking a Level 30 Titan. working on 31 but want/need the gear to get to level 32 so I start working on my hunter. Cant play until 10-11 pm eastern time. Hit my up. GT - PCGM1LLS Thanks in advance for any help.
