Wechat and organising groups

Fellow Members just a thought regarding the amount of arranging that we actually do on Wechat. It is without doubt a very useful tool but not all members can monitor it 24/7 as I can. If, as I have heard some members say they can't check it during the day they may log in at night time and find hundreds of messages posted that day which become mostly minor conversations between guys who can have 24/7 access. Should we arrange more via this forum? Any thoughts on this point anyone?

    Might want to be careful with the feedback tag, it makes your posts/threads visible to the entire forum due to how they're set up (hence the reply advertising another clan)
