Will lack of voice coms be a problem?

Hi, Just joined the clan (I think), and hoping to join in some strike teams soon. I wondered what the view was on using voice comms during a strike/raid? I don't really have the option of using them, the wife is distinctly gamephobic and me wittering on might push her over the edge. Is that going to be a problem, or are people generally happy to rely on pointing/waving/dancing as the only way to communicate? Cheers Evil
