Both consoles will be amazing, let people buy and enjoy whatever the hell they want, nobody cares about your misguided opinion. Based on your idiotic comments in this thread, it is obvious that you do not know shit about either console. Microsoft is more friendly with the developers than Sony is, the developers pushed Microsoft to implement the policy regarding used games, because used game sales hurt the gaming industry, very badly. The reason the console needs to have an internet connection is because it will be integrated with Microsoft's Cloud gaming service, which will have many gamer friendly features. The Kinect can be turned off, you are not forced to use it, and it does not spy on you. They are not sending information to the government, because they are not even gathering information with it, it is used as a hands free device to navigate your console and play games if you wish to use it. If not, turn the damn thing off and make it face a wall, and cover the microphone if you are a paranoid idiot. And if multiple people are in the room watching a movie, they are not going to charge you for each individual person, are you actually dumb enough to believe that? You will be charged once, on the account with which you purchased the digital copy of the film. As many people as you want can watch the movie from that one account.
