Best meal that you've ever had? Most exotic?

Cow. I went to Africa last year and visited a Masai village in the middle of nowhere. It was an hour and half walk from the last main road to get there. We had to buy them a cow to get in their village and later that day they cut its throat, collected the blood in a bowl and passed it around for everyone to have a drink.
