Do you swear IRL?
I find that my vocabulary online vastly differs from my vocabulary in the real world. For example, I never swear IRL, yet half of my posts contain words such as shit, fuck, cunt, etc. Do you swear only in certain settings? I do swear over voice chat occasionally, but I never swear out loud otherwise. It's just one of the many ways in which the online version of me is different from the IRL version of me. Just wondering if anyone else acts similarly.

3 RepliesI swear in pretty much every sentence. I'm not sure why others say people do it to sound cool. I just like to get my point across very clearly. I don't do it here because I get banned and also because I can't figure how to do the alt+ stuff. I've heard it doesn't work on a laptop.

One of my pet peeves are people who feel the need to put in the f word every sentence. You know the "My "f" mom wouldnt give me my "f'" cookie. Well Then my "f" mom came in with a broom and hit me on my "f" behind with it. In the end my "f" dad came in and "f'in" hit my mom in the face. "S" was so "f" cash." It always seems like the badasses talk like this too.

Yes, way more so than online. But, usually, it's when I'm around friends that I cuss. When I'm online, I generally don't swear a lot, unless I'm talking to one of my close friends on Facebook.
