Made a MineCraft server (PC) - Lag free

My MC username: 1cam1000 (I want to change it so badly >.>)
Server is still being added to and updated, so expect more plugins. Also please....suggest some plugins.
The only plugins I have installed right now are:
World Edit
Essentials Core
Group Manager
Again...please suggest some more plugins.
