Love Will Never Let You Down
So, I was working the other day and some song was on the radio that kept repeating over and over again 'Love will never let you down'. During the drilling I came to start to think how god damn stupid it was sounding and if the artist even believed what he was saying.
So to prove him wrong, lets each say times in which love has actually let us down or even shitted on us.
Ill go first. When my 8 month long girlfriend dumped me by email to go with my best friend... Only to last two weeks and want back with me.
Now you guys.

Haven't really fallen in love with anyone for a really long time to be honest. It hasn't really let me down but it hasn't really helped either.

And she made fun of Halo and said it was a stupid game...dumb -blam!-. I don't know why I said I loved her, probably because it was my first relationship I didn't know what to do.

Being fifteen, I can't say that I've ever "loved" someone, but I have felt "very strong affection towards someone," and can easily give you an example of when such has bit me in the ass. I asked one of my closest friends since I was born to a dance a little over a month ago, and she said yes. Prior to that, because I had really started to like her, I made it my top priority to make her know I did. I dropped every hint in the book, so when she said "yes," I was immediately thinking that perhaps there was some mutuality. Long story short, because I don't want to bore you with my own troubles, she didn't get the hint, she doesn't like me back, I'm still wildly attracted to her, and now that this whole shabbam has happened, I don't want to talk to her, and she doesn't want to talk to me.
