I have a job interview on Wednesday at an electronics store. Obviously I feel as if I can do said job well, it's just a matter of proving it at the interview.
Only problem is that I have no idea what should I wear. I'm looking at my closet now and all I really have is... casual wear. My normal attire consists of coloured jeans, a t-shirt and a flanny / shirt.... but that seems a little too casual for an interview. On the other hand though, wearing something like a suit seems... I don't know. Perhaps overdressed? It's just an electronic store, after all (I don't have experience with interviews. I'm 21 now, but my only interview was a few years ago... and I wore trackpants and a t-shirt because it was McDonald's).
I'm thinking about buying this shirt and these trousers. Obviously they're cheap... but I'm broke at the moment because of university and can't afford much more. Would such a thing be suitable, Flood?

For my interview I wore a button up short sleeve shirt and a pair of black pants with black shoes and a belt. I think people over think what they wear to the interview. You have to wear a uniform so they shouldn't judge your fashion sense. You'll get the job with your words.
mention your k/d ratio, it'll help
Edited by CND AAA Beef: 11/17/2013 5:44:03 AMThose are OK, but I'd put on a tie and a plain black belt. And wear dress shoes. You'd rather overdress than underdress.

I aim for as little as possible, the colors of nothing are far less distracting.

A towel.

Not too formal, not too casual. It's relaxed and elegant, just the thing for a business casual setting.
-
Thong and a corset, dress to impress bebe.
-
A suit........ would be suitable
-
A gilly suit

Edited by Zizzy: 11/15/2013 8:50:32 PMGet a jacket to go with the shirt and trousers As it happens I was at a practice interview yesterday, wearing similar clothes to what you linked and the only thing I didn't get 100% on was the fact that I didn't wear a jacket.

The Wetsuit I use to surf.
-
A square of soft cheese.
-
Wear a bathing suit.
-
nothing giggity giggity, giggity, goo.
-
Just go nude. Show em you have balls, literally.
-
Nothing.

Your costume reflects the setting. What do the current employees wear? Wear something similar. It shows your attire already fits in

For medical school interviews or internship interviews I am going to get a dark grey suit next year. For a retailer store as long as you don't wear jeans and a tshirt you should be fine... Dress button down shirt, tie, and dress pants...

Nothing but a G-string
-
I go naked. My sexy bottom always lands the job for me.
-
Smart casual
-
Wear a suit shirt and some smart looking pants. Not too formal, not too informal.
-
button shirt, black pants, black shoes. easy
-
I've only ever had one interview (at a KFC February last year) and I wore a long sleeve blue shirt and I think suit pants or something.
-
Make sure you're comfortable in it.
