RAID!!!! TODAY!!

I need a fire team to do Crota's raid (HARD) and The Vault Of Glass (EASY) & (HARD)!!! LEVEL 40 AND LIGHT ABOVE 250 PLEASE!! I need to have them done in the next 24 hours!! It's a mission!
