Weekly story mission help.

Hey, my friend told me this is a good way to meet guys to do missions with. I'd like to meet some people to play with every once and a while, mostly strikes, cause my only friend I play with is only on during the weekend. I dunno how this works, so hit me up if you wanna game, psn is Xemmes15.
