Help if you can

I recently started to play destiny on ps4 yesterday and to to level 23. If anyone has some time to help me get some new gear through strikes or when i get to appropriate level do vog normal and my weekly activities. I am a day one player on xbox1 that recently moved to ps4. Would appreciate help
