Looking for groups pve/pvp

Looking for people to group up with, PoE, raids, NF, ToO...only etheric light I've managed to get was from iron banner and have pretty much reached the ceiling on what I can do solo. New(ish) to destiny but I can play, have a 33 hunter (main), 32 Titan, 32 warlock...lots of guns, fairly decent @ pvp, quick learner. I'm in my late 30's so would rather not play with screaming kids, played many many mmos over the years so am no stranger to teamwork/following instructions etc...oh and I have a mic ;) Add me.
