help please

Hi guys looking for some help lost my old account with all my lvl 43s and have had to re-start a new one need some help doing a nightfall and getting some better gear ether through raids or what ever I'm lvl 30 now but could use the help my psn name is JackNeilNewham add at will cheers guys :)
