Moments of Triumph - 4/7. Need Help!

Trying to complete Moments of Triumph! LF:  Atheon - Hard Mode  Crota - Hard Mode  Skolas - 35 PoE Lvl 33 Hunter + Gjallahorn (Would be 34 but missed one piece of 32 PoE) Never Raided Before PSN: JCPerry93 (Mic. Available) Any advice or help would be very much appreciated! (Still pretty new to Destiny, especially the community side of things, but I'm a quicker learner and willing to try!)
