boolean gemini quest

I was able to get the quest for the Boolean Gemini called the Lost and Found. While I was patrolling the dreadnaught doing the quest, I helped someone with the Court of Oryx. After I finished, the quest instantly finished which moved on to the next part about killing a tier one enemy in the court of oryx. Once I did that and received the Tech Witch Brooch, I turned that to Petra but did not get the Boolean Gemini..what do you think happened? Will I not be able to get the Boolean Gemini ever again?
