Looking for people to raid with

Use the recruitment. But post or join the NON heroic raids to get the experience and some gear. Just make sure you have a good high impact sniper and a good rocket launcher a exotic sword would be also good. Just looked at your load and gear to be honest go do some strikes finish your quests on the hunter. The forge is a good place to get higher gear just keep equipping it if it is higher even if it is rare keep doing this and you will rise quickly.
