Has the Flood wars ended?

For us, the storm has passed. The war is over. But let us never forget, those that journeyed into the MLG threads, and did not return. For their decision required stupidity beyond measure, sacrifice, and an unshakable convention that their porch, our porch, was elsewhere. As we start to rebuild, this background will remain barren; a memorial to dipshits fallen. They annoyed all of us, and they shall not be forgotten.

I'd say The Flood won. Considering that Zanzibar doesn't really exist anymore.

If I recall, Zanzibar was defeated when Leroy Brown stepped in and killed their leader. I'll upload that this weekend.
