Outer Heaven Guild/Group in Destiny?

I heard somewhere that Destiny may feature guilds or something similar, so I thought it was a possibility in forming an Outer Heater guild in it. Nothing definete yet but just an idea. All of us MGS fans getting together and doing shit. If anyone else here wants to do it then cool.
