Need a good PvP clan to play comp, trials and sweats with.(xbox)

So my old team ditched me after we got the claymore, they had no interest in going any further and have stopped playing pvp all together. I've got a 2.24 on the emblem and my hunter is rocking a 1.75 kd in trials last i checked. I have 2447 glory so far but defo want to hit max rank each season. I am also hoping to enter some tournaments so I've made the switch from an arcblade one trick to playing a mix of blade, devourlock and sentinel and wouldn't mind no lifeing something else if that's what you need for a team comp though. i mainly snipe (you can thank one tricking widowmaker for that) but i can shoty to a decent level. i'm looking to improve every aspect of my game play and climb that ladder. Also, im 21, so no squeakers plz, and live in Glasgow, Scotland Ps, i'm mostly positive, chill and don't rage.
