LF: PVP based clan on PS4

34 yr old mature gamer with a full time job. Mostly play after 5:30PM PST or weekends. Tired of being the best guy on the losing squad lol. My current kd shows 1.35 but that's because I sucked years ago. I'm probably closer to 1.8. I don't want as$hat sweats with huge egos but at the same time I'd like all positive KD's to win games or stay competitive. Most of the time no mic needed, just want to group up with skilled players. Lmk if this exists or am I looking for a unicorn?
