Casual PC player looking for small clan

Howdy all, I usually play casual PVP and most PVE content. Im looking for a smaller clan community. I fell like they provide a more welcoming environment. Im looking into getting into raids and more end game content. Im 24 and live in Kentucky. Usually play during the nights
