Ground Floor Clan Start-up

Hey Everyone, I'm a current Clan Admin in my current clan. I'm unhappy with the management of my clan and I'd like to start a new one centered around regular raid groups and basically helping everyone get ahead in Destiny and feel good about playing the game. I'm looking to generate interest and find out how many, if any, would be looking to join something like this? If you like what you see here, drop me a message on xbox live "Sundow34" If can get around 15 - 20 players on board, we'll start it up. Features I'd like to have - Weekly Raid groups. With Subs for those who can't play. I'd like to have set groups that gets used to each other and works well as a team. Everyone will be included. - A Discord chat where we can discuss tactics, get to know each other and share our adventures online - Weekly hangouts, where we don't all have to be in the raid, but can run Crucible, Gambit, Nightfalls and Vex Offensives together in the chat. I'm a pretty easy going dude, in my late 30's with kids. So reasonable stop times is kinda my jam. I also work shift work, so i get guys not being able to make it. We don't want people feeling left out or not good enough, so everyone gets a chance to raid with the best. - I'd like to eventually get competitive in the raid world.
