I first noticed it during the crucibles, I thought it was lag but I am running around 80mbps. Now the controller seems to lag or do its own thing when I am in the options menu. I could understand if I was in multiplayer, but I was just upgrading stuff.
Anyone else having this problem?
Update (For those who care):
After a couple of hours of surfing, I found out that the bluetooth signal does not disable when the ds4 is plugged in to the usb. Which explains why it was happening whether or not I plugged in the ds4.
So I figured it might have something to do with signal degradation from the multiple plugs in my rocketfish surge controller. (Kind of like, when you use a poorly shielded hdmi cable) LSS, I moved the ps4 away from the rf surge protecter. And so far no problems.

I notice it quite badly when I am aiming I dont know if its lag or what. When I am shooting and moving my sight at the same time as my target moves its like my character is doing something totally different from how I am moving the analog sticks.

Hi there. I started to have this problem yesterday while raiding. I usually play with my headset connected to Dualshock 4 and yesteday when theh problem occurred I disconnected it and the lag seems gone. It seems something related to lack of bluetooth signal strength or something. I'm about 2/3 meters from my console. Did you manage to find a resolution? Best regards

I had the same issue intermittent lag on both my Ps4 controllers... Solution - turning off the Bluetooth on my apple TV instant fix.

I'm having this issue as of last night with multiple controllers. Worked fine for two months and now it doesn't. Are you saying your surge protector was too close to your PS4?

Could be the battery - controller can act funny if it is low on power

No I have never had any issues. You might want to return the controller.
