Raid Help / Bored Playing Alone

So, I not only need help with raids such as the Vault of Glass and Crota's End, but would also just like more people to play with because none of my friends irl play Destiny and I've been playing destiny since before they released the expansion packs, and it's gotten kind of boring, so I need / want people to play with to make the game a lot more exciting lol but mostly need help with the Raids, I'm level 40 with decent gear and it's literally impossible to complete with of them by myself
