I have 2 Skolas wins today. First try on each. Black Hammers and weapons of light. It's faster and gives you a quicker kill to capture the zones one Skolas goes down.

Recruitment thread since you're "recruiting" people to play with. Aside from that, if you say people need to have a specific weapon, you might want to rethink your general skill level. Besides you can only pop so many heavy synths anyways.
