NEEDED FTL (Fire Team Leaders)
Okay guys so we still need FTLs (Fire Team Leader) for a couple of time zones.
The role of an FTL is to provide support to the members in your time zone (mainly) and then the other members of the clan. Schedule times to do Raids, Strike, or even just get together and do parties (skies the limit). Help clan mates rank up and overall just make it a fun experience for all. We are all dads so I am not expecting this to be a 24hr thing. All I'm asking is that you help out in making this the best clan there can be! If you have any questions or are interested please send me a PM.

What about special fireteam like pvp or pve centric. Or off hours fireteams for 2nd and 3rd shifters.

1 ReplyMaybe we could have a weekly sign up sheet type thing? Like if we know our family is heading out of town or we have a freed up schedule (for who knows what reason), maybe it would be a bit easier for some of us to volunteer knowing we're only needed for a certain amount of time. For me, my wife and kids typically head out of town once a month on weekends. So I could volunteer for those [rare] weekends. It could be a place to look for players looking for guidance/assistance, or whatever could look to see "who's on call". Just an idea.
