LFG Xbox360 Raid group

My wife and I have a group that ranges from 2-4 players that play a lot but because we never have 6 we have not raided much. I am looking for a group to join or a few people to join us so that we can raid. Details: Age: 35+ Time Zone: Pacific (UTC -7) Players: Casual male and female Time of day: early evenings during the week, flexible on weekends Commitment: We play 2-3 hours each day. What I would ideally like to find are people that want to raid but are willing to complete raids over 2-3 sessions. Also for people that would not be upset if they are not available on a specific night for others to fill their spot. I personally would not have a problem replaying another day to "catch" that player up. Overall we all have good gear, and we all have experience with the raids just not too much repetition.
