looking for fire team

I'm a level 3 hunter looking for friends on ps4. I'm inexperienced but so far I haven't died at all so I guess I'm ok at the game. I need fire team members to play with, maybe through endgame if we stick together. I have a mic and people of any age, preferably high schoolers would be good but I don't care that much. My psn is doge_feild_4 Friend me soon cause I'll be trying to set up and farm us all to the same level and begin our journey.
