10/14/14 Hotfix

A large number of fixes have been implemented this week regarding weapons. Be sure to head over to the news page and check out the hot fix for this week. More class balancing to come later. Also, make a note that we can no longer stand atop the sniper platforms during the Templar fight in The Vault of Glass.
