2nd set of armor / weaps in VoG

Was looking around the destiny database and I saw that when you search for Kabr , The Titan raid gear set, that there is a second set of raid gear that is color blue and has diff names, shows up but nobody is ever gotten it and they don't have stats. I've heard rumors that there is a 'Very hard' mode that they haven't unlocked yet. That, or there is more to the raid that nobody has yet found, or that they haven't made available.
