Hard Raids and Training

In an effort to better assist members with completion of the raids, I'm thinking of holding training days for hard raids. On these days we can take members out of their comfort zones have them use this time to work on parts of the raid that they do not feel comfortable with. There is a steep learning curve to hard raids and I would like to encourage members to participate with the training. No set date is given at the time, but I feel this will be extremely necessary.
