Raid ending glitch

The bug that everyone's reporting happened to my team as well on Xbox one. Just finished the raid after many hard hours of work to get a glitched end and no rewards or achievements. Fire team: Oilbeater (lead) Enigmatic Lance furies88 JUICY FOR U Trinity333 Mr Flank AD Can we please get our missing rewards and achievements? Be warned if you plan to attempt the raid before this is fixed.
