Destiny magic
I had my first good experience in Poe yesterday. Did a 28 with a random 34 and some guy who liked to die a lot. The 34 really impressed me, a goddamned Pig experience, synchronised with me and smashed it, of course.
Back at spawnpoint I turned to him and snapped a salute, in perfect synchronisation with him. I'm talking -blam!-ing nanoseconds here!
Soo, yup, small stuff like that still give me a kick.
I will not play Poe as soon as I get all my etheric bollocks.

2 RepliesMy best Destiny moment was actually playing PvP Control at that huge moonbase. I was inside the glass room at the far end, and a guy from the opposing time came outside the glass. I waved at him, he waved back, we danced a little bit through the glass and the we proceeded to kill each other.

1 ReplyI had a similar thing happen to me last week in a strike. Bloody scion flayers (flairs?) Myself and another guy ran the strike as a pair because we had a guy who was happy to camp the spawn point. Cleared the mission relatively easy. Got in a really good rhythm taking out the final three, clear ads, shield, hammer them...you know the drill. At the end on the landing platform both popped a salute at the same time. A really good feeling to meet a like minded individual.
