Need help with either raid

I need a well experienced team of 5 for either the vault or crota. I am a level 29, so I can do hard or normal vog and normal crota. I have not actually completed either raid and would really like to so that I can level up and hopefully be able to do more raids in the future. I am on Xbox 360, and my gamer tag is CreepaSlayerzXX. Please help me to do the raids!
