"Committed to help everyone find a successful fireteam!"

Been on here for a few months now and have gotten into plenty of raids using this group. But lately, it's been getting tough to find people who are willing to invite players to their fireteams for raids. Here are a few suggestions that everyone should do to get the teams they want the fastest....
-Check your inbox on your console (whether it be 360/One)
I can't tell you guys how many times in the past 3 weeks I've sent out requests to join a fireteam. If you, or a friend, is hosting a game, check your inbox often. Players will send messages to you to join in on a game, but end up waiting for hours on end to join that session, just because you can't take 2 seconds to check messages. IT'S HOW IT WORKS! I have sent multiple messages to one guy who was looking for ANYONE to join his session, yet he/she would keep posting on the group page asking for 5 people to join their session. You know what he didn't do? Just guess. CHECK YOUR INBOX! People want to play raids and can never find one because of how lazy you all are.
-Stop spamming the group chat!
If you want people to join, just post one message every 2-5 minutes. There are over 45,000 people in this group, but only a handful can get through in the chat. Spamming the messages with a paragraph every 20 seconds makes you look desperate to find a match. No one will join your session, because we all know you're one of those whiners who takes the game too seriously. If you're desperate, go into forums. There are more people looking at the forums than the group chat, since the chat should only be used for finding quick matches.
-Clan/group join requests & external links to Youtube, etc.....
This irritates me almost as bad as the spamming. The chat is ONLY USED FOR FINDING RAID TEAMS QUICKLY! This is why there are forums. If you want people to join your clan/group, or go check out your montage/videos on Youtube/etc., GO TO FORUMS! It's hard enough as it is to find a raid crew.
-Worst case scenario: Find players in the social spaces.
If you are uncapable of finding players, go to social spaces and send invites/messages to others who would like to do a raid with you. If we can clear up the group messaging, we can all get our raid teams together MUCH FASTER!
If you have suggestions, put em down below. I think I covered a lot, but to be safe, post below for your suggestions to clear up this group of spammers.
