Searching for a raid lvl 31

Hey I'm a european player looking for a raid, I'm kinda new in this thing if anyone wants to invite me and teach me a bit about raids. I'm quite good at PvE and PvP, got a mic too :) . any help or invitations would be appreciated, gamer tag StaidRocket6370.
