Skolas glitch

Anyone out there that this glitch has happened to you? I was doing Skolas and we killed him and my two fireteam members went into the airlock and I was dead in the arena. I told them I was dead when they were in the airlock and they couldn't go back out to get me. I couldn't get the treasure chest but I still got an Elder Cipher. Bungie either needs to make it to where when you kill any boss in the prison of elders it automatically revives you or if your friends go to the airlock they can come back out and revive you. If this happened to any other people please message me and lets try to make this noticeable so Bungie can fix this "glitch".
