Looking for a raid or any group action

I am new to the group. Looking to get some great gear. Im level 30+ trying to figure out ways to get great gear with a group instead of grinding alone. New to this would love some advice. Have all 3 Legends 26+. Looking to get some exotic gear besides purchasing it from Urk. Thanks a Milli
