Xur Problem

So as you probably know already Xur Agent of the Nine, did not sell an exotic weapons as of July 17. Bungie posted that they would look into the problem, but latter said that they could "not safely alter Xur's inventory" and that Xur will sell his full inventory next week. I want to know what you guys think of this "problem" also know that from my recherché I found out that Ice Breaker was the most likely weapon to be sold on week 45(July 17-19) followed up by No Land Beyond in second.
