xbox 360 help

Level 40 Warlock here. I am currently at 245 light. I am obviously trying to get to the 280 mark so I can go on the King's raid. What is the fastest way to get to 280? I'm in that area where it seems like I am stuck at 245. I can't seem to get any legendary gear that isn't above 240. Thoughts? I need help lol.
