Need a crew for raids and such

I have been playing destiny awhile but never had a chance to do any raids wondering if i can get a crew for the weekends for casual raiding,farming,pvp,strikes,etc.like to play with 30 or higher players. Dont have to be very active just have to show up on weekends and be a good shot.
